Our Pledge to You
We have a simple system at All Clean Long Island on how we check the quality of the work. There are no middle man management systems in place where quality and communication can be lost. We pride ourselves on being a small business and to know our customers as if they are family!
Each estimate and 1st cleaning is personally attended by Michelle, the owner/operator of the company, to learn how the job will need to be done to ensure customer satisfaction. Multiple checks will be done throughout the year and also at any request of the customer to attend to any details.
To ensure excellent quality every cleaning
1. COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL CLEANING CHECKLIST - the basic list of all the cleaning tasks along with SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, SOMETHING EXTRA SPECIAL and CLEANING REPORT CARD that must be done for each customer every cleaning that will be initialed by employee!
3. SOMETHING EXTRA SPECIAL- will be done and documented to ensure that we are always improving our quality of service
2. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS- information for each room/area that were collected on estimate will be on that will also be initialed by the employee
4. CLEANING REPORT CARD- where customers can rate and comment on their service every cleaning if they choose to.
